The Art League and the Del Ray Artisans are partnering with the City of Alexandria as part of the Mayor's initiative to promote the arts in Alexandria. They are inaugurating a rotating fine art exhibit of local artists in Alexandria City Hall. The shows will be juried and hang for 6 months. Deadlines: January 28, 2006, and July 21, 2006

Hey L.A. Stern! Thanks so much for posting a comment on my blog, it was truly appreciated :) And you are right on in saying it's nice to see some traditional things out there...made with real materials, I also complain there are way to many digital illos out there.... I just love getting paint on my hands.
